Online Reputation: Get Ready for War

Gregory Pouy, Head of Media and Social Media Strategy at Nurun France, and with I had the pleasure to work with in Vanksen-Culturebuzz / Buzzparadise, bring us an amazing presentation about Online Reputation.

I really like some obsevations he made about the subject such as “Online Reputation is not only a buzz word, but a harcord reality“, “A viral video is WORTHELESS if the product gets bad reviews, or worse – if no one is talking about it” or why digital budget are still allocated on webistes. But what I really find useful is the four brand “personalities”” he mentioned – Basic, Functional, Exciting and Vital, through four interesting items (volume of conversations, sentiment, presence on social media and number of coments). I think defining our brand personality is a right way to start on social media. Not only what we are, but also what kind of brand we want to be.
